Established in 2011 with a single goal in mind: making delicious pasta using American-grown wheat. We work directly with millers and farmers to source our ingredients.
Della Terra creates a variety of different types of pasta, all available on our online pasta shop. Some of our unique shapes include Fusilli, Rigatoni, Campanelle, Strozzapreti and a variety of other classic styles. We pride ourselves on choosing high quality wheats to make a variety of whole grain pasta including; einkorn, spelt, Khorasan, durum and locally grown red winter “smith’s gold” as well as select semolina wheat varieties. Our premium pastas are ideal for people who value hand-crafted foods and enjoy easy dinners made with quality ingredients. We are also pleased to collaborate chefs and restaurants who want to serve guests the best of what they offer.
