Return Policy No returns or exchanges are accepted on consumables or clearance items. All other merchandise must be returned within 15 days in the original packaging, not having been used and with receipt or order number for exchange or refund. This return period is extended during the holiday season. All items ordered between November 15th and December 25th can be returned by January 31st. Please email or call us in advance to let us know that you will be returning an item. We will issue a credit upon receipt of item via the same form of payment used when the original order was placed. Please pack all items carefully in original package to avoid damage during return transit. Insure the package with carrier for your protection. In the event of breakage, no credit will be issued.
Privacy Policy the international pantry values your privacy. We do not sell or rent customer names, addresses or email addresses. Our email newsletters are sent only to those who have subscribed. Anyone who wishes to be removed from our email list will be removed as soon as possible. Your credit card information is transmitted in an encrypted format for your security.

What shipping options do I have? Most orders are shipped using UPS ground but the international pantry reserves the right to ship via USPS. You will receive an email with the UPS tracking information for your shipment as soon as the order is shipped. Occasionally items ship directly from the manufacturer. In this event, we will email you with the manufacturer's shipping information. UPS 2 day, 3 day and Overnight options are available. See below for shipping charges for UPS ground and UPS 3 Day. Please contact us for pricing on 2 day and overnight. If you choose 2 day or overnight, your card will have to be processed separately at which point you will be contacted.

Do you ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses? No. At this time the international pantry ships only to the 50 U.S. states. UPS ground ships only to the 48 contiguous states and does not deliver to PO Boxes. We will ship to Alaska, Hawaii and PO Boxes via the USPS. These shipping costs may vary. You will be notified via email.
Will I be charged sales tax? Sales tax will be added to orders shipped within the state of Oklahoma. Our local sales tax is 8.25%.
What if my order arrived damaged? All orders are packed very carefully, but occasionally damage may occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please call or email us immediately. We will report the damage to the carrier and remedy the situation as soon as possible.
